Happy Valentine's Day!

I drew this for my wife as Valentine's Day gift, and figured I'd share it here.

I've been working on catching the strip up. Instead of posting them as I finish them, I'm working towards creating a back log to we can get this train back on track and keep it there.

But I'm really eager to show you the new strips!...

Anyway, enjoy this for now.

best,
Mike

PS - This piece is also serving double duty for "Fables" week over on ComicTwart.com, the group art blog I'm a member of.

Raising Crazy - Loss

Cartoonists Tom Hart and Leela Corman lost their daughter Rosalie Lightning on November 17th.

I don't know Tom or Leela, but I like Tom's cartoons and I feel their loss.

A fund has been set up for anyone wanting to donate a few bucks to Tom and Leela to help them through this tough time. Money won't heal the loss of a child, but maybe not having to worry about paying the rent will help ease some of their burden and allow them to mourn in peace.

Info on the fund here.

Here is Tom's now heartbreaking comic about being a dad.

Best,
Mike

Raising Crazy Oct. 28, 2011

Hey everyone! Hope you're enjoying the new strips. I'll be posting some Halloween themed ones after the big day, so stay tuned next week!

Also, for some reason I'm having some trouble responding to comments. Blogger is giving me some tech trouble I can't seemto solve with my normal computer savvy methods (Which amount to me trying to post a comment over and over, cursing at the computer, then contemplating the use of a hammer to fix the problem)

Just know that I appreciate all comment, and thanks for reading!

Have a safe Halloween weekend!

Best,
Mike

Raising Crazy Oct. 26, 2011

I had to remedy his lack of music history with a trip to Youtube, where I played videos of Mick performing "Sympathy for the Devil". The song seemed to speak to him.
